WHAT YOU VISIT
Casibari Rock
Aruba is dotted with massive diorite boulders that have been wind-carved over the centuries to form unusual shapes. One of the most extraordinary is Casibari Rock. This monolithic rock formation is called Aruba's Stonehenge but geologists believe that it's nature-made from tectonic plates colliding together. A walk up to the top rewards you with constant breezes and terrific views.
Royal Aruba Aloe
For over 130 years, this family-run company has cultivated and produced aloe in the island's mineral-rich soil. Learn how the resilient aloe plants are transformed into soothing, premium skincare products before joining a hands-on workshop to create your own personalized sugar scrub using locally inspired ingredients.
PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES
For panoramic memories, follow the pathways between Casibari Rock's ancient boulders to the top for spectacular 360-degree views of Aruba, the volcanic peak of Hooiberg and, on a clear day, the coast of Venezuela.
LUNCH
Enjoy lunch in the great outdoors surrounded by soft white sand, turquoise water, and Aruba's iconic Fofoti trees. Your picnic-style assortment includes bite-sized items such as sliders, mini sandwiches, island fish cups, mini chicken wraps, mini vegetable wraps, caprese skewers, and either pan bati pieces or funchi fries (an island speciality of crispy, golden sticks of traditional Aruban cornmeal mush that have been chilled, sliced, and deep-fried or baked. Guests may pick and choose from the available assortment. Quantities vary by item, and not every selection is provided in one-per-guest quantities. Items are available while quantities last and will not be replenished once finished.
WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
As you leave Oranjestad's bustling streets behind, you'll travel through the island's interior past a scrub-covered terrain filled with wild cacti, dry brush and the twisted divi-divi trees.
