WHAT YOU VISIT
Waterfalls of Rio de Damajagua
Tucked away in the beautiful rolling hills of the Northern Corridor mountain range, the waterfalls and its lagoons are part of the country's protected area. Once you arrive at the base camp, your knowledgeable guide will share important rules and safety instructions. Then, you'll take off on your thrilling eco-adventure. Marvel at the landscape of thick forest and lush flora as you hike through winding paths to a rocky hilltop. Then, return to base camp by sliding down natural limestone slides carved from centuries of rushing water into a fresh, sparkling pool of mountain water. Relax in the turquoise waters and swim through the falls' mysterious caverns.

LUNCH
One of the joys of foreign travel is discovering new cuisine and following your hike, you can indulge in a buffet lunch featuring local Dominican dishes such as "habichuleas" (beans) and "tostones" (fried plantains) as well as salads, rice, French fries, vegetables, and chicken, pork, and beef. Children's options include hot dogs, spaghetti, and chicken fingers.

No photography or video allowed inside of the park. Minimum age to participate is 8 years old, maximum weight allowed is 325 pounds. Closed toe water shoes are mandatory. Water shoes and lockers are included. This tour is not recommended for guests who have had a recent surgery (within the last 6 months), pregnant women, guests with heart or respiratory conditions, back, neck or knee problems, or guests taking medications that carries a warning of any mental or physical impairment.
