Interactive animal encounters take center stage during your visit to Ocean World Adventure Park. Meet a friendly dolphin in a safe, waist-deep setting where you'll have opportunities to pet, feed, and play with one of the ocean's most intelligent marine mammals. Then get up close to playful Patagonian sea lions, the "clowns of the sea," for a memorable interaction that may include a kiss, hug, and playful activities. Complete your adventure by feeding, touching, and snorkeling alongside nurse sharks while learning about these remarkable creatures under the supervision of Ocean World's Animal Care team. Your visit also includes time in the tropical rainforest, where colorful macaws, toucans, and love birds add to the experience.

Founded in 1496, Puerto Plata is one of the Dominican Republic's oldest cities, where centuries of history blend with colorful Caribbean charm. Enjoy a short drive from the port, passing residential neighborhoods, local shops, and glimpses of the Atlantic coastline before arriving at nearby Ocean World Adventure Park.
Lunch:
Enjoy a buffet lunch featuring a variety of freshly prepared favorites. Start with selections from the bread station and salad bar, then choose from chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers or pasta, accompanied by French fries, white rice, traditional Dominican moro (rice with pigeon peas), stewed red beans, mixed vegetables and a variety of sauces. Finish your meal with milk flan, cake or tropical fruit. One soft drink is included with lunch.

This tour is ambulatory accessible; guests must be able to take a few steps (up/down) and walk short distances. This tour is not accessible for guests using wheelchairs, canes, rollators, or other mobility device. Ocean World has a mix of paved, gravel, and inclined surfaces and ramps. The minimum age is 6 years, and the minimum height is 45 inches (115 cm). Children 11 years and under participating in the dolphin program must be accompanied by a participating adult 18 years or older. For safety reasons, pregnant women and guests with back or neck injuries may not participate. Please use biodegradable sunblock for the protection of the animals. Life jackets, fins, and snorkel masks are provided. Bring a beach towel and credit/debit card for purchases. Pictures, food, and drinks are available for purchase, as are towel and locker rentals.
Medical Restriction
Not recommended for guests who are pregnant or have neck and back injuries.
