You'll be met by one of the duty managers who can provide you with all sorts of facts, figures and information about the construction of this unusual abode, which is re-built entirely from snow and ice each year. Learn how the overnight guests keep warm (via natural reindeer hides, special mattresses and sleeping bags) and how the theme of the hotel changes from year to year, before you wander from room to room to explore the chilly confines at your own pace.

There'll be plenty of time for you to soak up the fairytale like atmosphere, study the ice decorations and admire the beautiful artworks before you discover the ice bar. Here you'll conclude your visit with a refreshing drink, served in a glass that has been hand carved from ice.
