Grand Princess - Accessible Routes

Decks 1 through 3 are available to ship personnel only.

Deck 4 is the Gala Deck and there are no Staterooms on this deck. There are no publicly available wheelchair-accessible restrooms on this deck. There are elevators forward and midship, which are wheelchair accessible. The following area is wheelchair-accessible: The Medical Center accessed through the midship elevator. Both elevator lobbies are at times used as gangways or access to the water shuttles during ports of call.

Deck 5 is the Plaza Deck and is comprised of some Staterooms and Public Areas. There are wheelchair-accessible restrooms by the midship elevators port side. There are elevators forward and midship, which connect the two wheelchair-accessible hallways. The following areas are wheelchair-accessible heading from forward to aft: Fine Arts Gallery near the forward elevators, The Piazza midship, Alfredo’s Pizzeria, Vine Wines Bar, Princess Insider and the Internet Café on the starboard side, International Café and Good Spirits at Sea port side, and the Michelangelo Dining Room midship with port side entrance.

Deck 6 is the Fiesta Deck and contains Public Areas and a few Staterooms. There are four wheelchair-accessible restrooms, two by the forward elevators with Women on starboard side and Men on port side, and two by the midship elevators with Women on the starboard side and Men on the port side. The forward and midship elevators are wheelchair accessible and connect through the starboard hallway. The aft elevator lobby is only accessed via aft elevators. The following areas are wheelchair-accessible heading from forward to aft: Snooker’s Cigar Lounge near the forward elevators with the starboard side access, Grand Casino on both port and starboard, Guest Services midship, The Shops of Princess port and starboard, and The Da Vinci Dining Room located midship with access on port side and Reserve Collection with access on starboard side. The Botticelli Dining Room is also wheelchair-accessible via the aft elevators.  The accessible entrance to the Theater is only on Deck 7 via Inclined Platform lifts.

Deck 7 is the Promenade Deck and there are no Staterooms on this deck, only Public Areas. There are six wheelchair-accessible restrooms, two by the forward elevators with Women on port side and Men on starboard side, one unisex by the midship elevators port side, Women’s forward of Wheelhouse and Men’s near OceanFront and a unisex on port side by the aft elevators. There are elevators are forward, midship and aft and they all connect via the wheelchair-accessible starboard hallway. The following areas are wheelchair-accessible heading from forward to aft: The Princess Theater Upper Level near the forward elevators, Shore Excursions, Future Cruise and Loyalty, and Crooners on the starboard side, Crown Grill , The Shops of Princess and Explorer’s Lounge on port side, Princess Photo, Wheelhouse Bar, Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria, and Ocean Front starboard side, and Vista Lounge aft, with access on the port side. Access to the open deck is located at the forward starboard, midship port and aft starboard. There are Inclined Platform lifts on both sides of the Princess Theater to access the theater.  There are two Incline Platform lifts on the port exterior deck up to the forward bow area on deck 8.

Deck 8 is the Emerald Deck and is comprised of Staterooms. There are no publicly available wheelchair-accessible restrooms on this deck. There are two long wheelchair-accessible hallways port and starboard, and both are wheelchair-accessible. These hallways are connected by the elevators forward, midship and aft.  The bow area is accessed from deck 7 via two Incline Platform lifts, port side.

Deck 9 is the Dolphin Deck and is comprised of Staterooms. There are no publicly available wheelchair-accessible restrooms on this deck. There are two long wheelchair-accessible hallways port and starboard, and both are wheelchair-accessible. These hallways are connected by the elevators forward, midship and aft and an additional connecting hallway all the way forward.

Deck 10 is the Caribe Deck and is comprised of Staterooms. There are no publicly available wheelchair-accessible restrooms on this deck. There are two long wheelchair-accessible hallways port and starboard, and both are wheelchair-accessible. These hallways are connected by the elevators forward, midship, aft.

Deck 11 is the Baja Deck and is comprised of Staterooms. There are no publicly available wheelchair-accessible restrooms on this deck. There are two long wheelchair-accessible hallways port and starboard, and both are wheelchair-accessible. These hallways are connected by the elevators forward, midship and aft.

Deck 12 is the Aloha Deck and is comprised of Staterooms. There are no publicly available wheelchair-accessible restrooms on this deck. There are two long wheelchair-accessible hallways port and starboard, and both are wheelchair-accessible. These hallways are connected by the elevators forward, midship and aft. The Terrace pool is situated aft and is wheelchair accessible via an Inclined Platform lift from Deck 14 aft starboard side.

There is no Deck 13.

Deck 14 is the Lido Deck and is comprised of some Staterooms and Public Areas. There are four wheelchair-accessible restrooms, two by the midship elevators, with Men and Women both on the port side and two by the aft elevators with Women on the starboard side and Men on the port side. The elevators are forward, midship and aft, which are connected by two wheelchair accessible hallways, port and starboard. The following areas are wheelchair-accessible heading from the forward to the aft: Salty Dog Grill starboard side, and Slice on the port side, with The Mix located between the two, Neptune’s Reef & Pool, Coffee & Cones on the starboard side, Calypso Reef & Pool, Calypso Bar, Horizon Court, and Al Fresco’s Bar and Horizon Terrace in the aft. There is an Inclined Platform lift from the aft deck, starboard down to the Terrace Pool.

Deck 15 is the Sun deck and there are no Staterooms on this deck, only Public Areas. There are two unisex restrooms on this deck that are wheelchair-accessible, one by the forward elevators and one by aft elevators starboard side. The elevators are forward and aft, accessible from both port and starboard, and they connect via wheelchair-accessible hallway on starboard. The following areas are wheelchair-accessible heading from forward to aft: Aerobics Room, Fitness Center, Lotus Spa Pool, Beauty Salon and Lotus Spa at the forward starboard side, The Lodge , Beach House Teen Lounge, The Treehouse on forward port side, Sea Breeze Bar, Movies Under the Stars, The Conservatory, accessed from the starboard, TheOne5 Lounge and Nightclub port side aft, and the Wedding Chapel, starboard side aft.  There is an Inclined Platform lift to access the Lotus Pool deck by the Spa on starboard side. There are two Inclined Platform lifts to access Deck 16 Sanctuary area located port side near the Sea Breeze Bar. There is an inclined lift midship to access the Lawn Court on Deck 16.

Deck 16 is the Sports Deck and there are no Staterooms on this deck, only Public Areas. There are no accessible restrooms on this deck. Elevator access is in the aft only. The following areas are wheelchair-accessible heading from forward to aft: The Sanctuary, accessed by two inclined platform lifts on the port side from Deck 15, and The Lawn Court, accessed by an inclined platform lift midship from Deck 15. The following areas are wheelchair-accessible and are located aft: Shuffleboard courts on both port and starboard sides, the Oasis Jacuzzis, and the Oasis Bar are accessed via the aft Elevator and through the port side door.

Deck 17 is the Sky Deck and there are no Staterooms on this deck, only Public Areas. There are no accessible restrooms on this deck. The following area is wheelchair accessible: Photo Studio, accessed by the aft starboard outboard elevator. Through the Photo Studio you can access an Observation Deck via an inclined platform lift.

Deck 18 is the Sports Deck and there are no Staterooms on this deck, only Public Areas. There are no accessible restrooms on this deck. The following area is wheelchair accessible: Center Court, accessed through the Photo Studio on Deck 17 and up an inclined platform lift.
