The agile nature of the vessel allows the captain to get the best possible view of anything guests spot, and you can photograph the marine animals without disturbing them. A tip for photographing sea life is to make sure the camera is close to your eye at all times, as the two to three seconds it takes to position the camera might make all the difference.

Minimum age is 8 years and minimum height is 4'. Rain gear is provided, but guests should still dress in warm layers (synthetic materials and wools are best). Closed-toe shoes are required. Sturdy, water-repellent footgear is recommended. This tour is not appropriate for individuals who have difficulty walking or back problems. Participants must be in good health and able to walk over wet, uneven terrain. Restrooms are available before and after board the vessel, but not during tour. Wildlife sightings are likely but not guaranteed.
