What you will visit:
The Gypsy Bailaor: A Flamenco Lesson
Andalusia is the birthplace of flamenco, a dance of intense emotion. It's a complex dance steeped in history and tradition, but there are a few moves and steps that can be easily learned when taught by a professional flamenco dancer, or'"bailaor.' This authentic 'tablao,' a place where flamenco is performed, is also the local tavern, but today it serves as your dance studio. Begin with an introduction of the dance's origins and history. The music begins, and you'll be treated to a special flamenco lesson during which you'll learn the intricate steps and passionate movements of this beloved dance.

What you will see along the way:
A 15-minute walk from port is a chance to soak up the atmosphere of beautiful Cadiz. The city's center is a colorful mosaic of the sounds, smells and sights of its rich history. It's believed that Cadiz is the oldest city in all of southwestern Europe, having been settled by the Phoenicians in 1100 B.C. As you stroll, admire the exquisite architecture and an unusual maze of streets that were originally designed to perplex pirates.

Snack:
Enjoy a selection of cheeses and chicharrones (fried pork) with sherry wine.
