What you will visit:

Chacchoben Mayan Ruins
An ancient place of Mayan pilgrimage known today as Chacchoben, "The Place of Red Corn," was recognized as a ruin in 1972, when American archaeologist Dr. Peter Harrison stumbled upon this site while flying a helicopter over Mexico and noticed numerous hills in predominately flat lands naturally covered over a period of 2,000 years. Today, visitors can explore the sacred temples, the original red paint where a mural was found showing the astronomical positions of the planet Venus, and Gran Basamento, which takes you above tree level and is where archaeologists found ceremonial offerings dating to around 1,000 B.C. Please note: This excursion features stair-climbing and walking over uneven surfaces.

Uchbenkah Jungle Retreat & Beach Break
This secluded destination perfectly combines unspoiled nature and beautiful pristine waters. At your leisure, enjoy your favorite drink while you relax in a lounge chair with the beautiful lagoon view or just take a quick nap in the hammocks. A delicious snack (chip's and salsa) will be waiting for you to enjoy at the restaurant. If you feel it, take a dip in the lagoon, and do not miss the opportunity of taking a kayak to have a closer look to the magnificent mangroves, home to hundreds of fish, birds among other exotic species.
