WHAT YOU VISIT
Stari Bar
Founded in the 5th century BC, it's one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic coast. A walking tour takes you past the 16th century Church of St. Katarina and the 15th century Church of St. Veneranda en route to the Stari Bar Fortress, with imposing stone walls built 600 years ago. View a 17th century Turkish bath and mosque before continuing towards the seaside town of Ulcinj founded in the 5th century BC. Like many medieval towns, it's surrounded by large stonewalls and fortresses.
