WHAT YOU VISIT
Stanley Park
One of the largest urban parks in Canada, Stanley Park comprises 1,000 acres of robust West Coast rainforest dominating the middle of Vancouver. Called the "Green Heart" of the city, the area teems with a variety of wildlife, magnificent fir, cedar and hemlock trees, and colorful blossoms. Nestled within the park are West Coast Native totem poles decorated with symbolic imagery. Stanley Park's seawall hugs the popular English Bay Beach, the area's premier waterfront destination, and the park also features numerous trails, lakes and activities.

Grouse Mountain
Towering at 4,100 feet, this mountaintop playground offers year-round activities. From the base, ride the Super Skyride, a passenger tram that hugs the side of the mountainside, then disembark at the top, where you'll find several dining and shopping venues as well as the Born to Fly film, presented in the Mile High Theater, which offers a bird's-eye view of British Columbia's natural splendor.

PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Prospect Point
Stop at this historical lookout site at Stanley Park's highest point and take in the dramatic vistas of Vancouver's inner harbor, the Lions Gate Bridge and the North Shore Mountains.

From the Skyride aerial tram, you'll be treated to picture-perfect views of the city of Vancouver, the Pacific Ocean and snow-capped mountains.

SHOPPING
There is souvenir shopping at the top of Grouse Mountain's Skyride station.

LUNCH
You may choose to purchase a snack or lunch from a variety of dining establishments atop Grouse Mountain.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
From the pier, glimpse the vibrant street life in multicultural Vancouver en route to Stanley Park, the second-largest urban forest in Canada and a premier Vancouver attraction. Drive through this verdant rainforest and admire the abundance of flora and fauna. Look for the iconic gray squirrels that scamper among the trees; they were brought over from New York's Central Park decades ago. Majestic Grouse Mountain looms in the distance, and a 30-minute ride brings you to its base. From the aerial tram to the top, you'll take in panoramic views.

This tour is only available passengers calling to Vancouver as a port of call; not for those disembarking.
