Discover the magnificence of Valletta, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once you arrive, you'll embark on a guided walking tour that begins at the Triton Fountain, located right outside the main Gate of Valletta and past the site of Malta's new Parliament and Auberge de Castille, the office of Malta's prime minister. Have your camera ready for the breathtaking views from the Upper Barrakka Gardens, Valletta's most beautiful park. Visit the Museum of Fine Arts, then, walk in the footsteps of the Knights of Malta with a tour of St. John's Co-Cathedral. Constructed between 1572 and 1577, the church's dazzling interior includes intricately carved stone walls, a painted vaulted ceiling and a marble mosaic floor inlaid with the glittering tombs of 400 knights. Following your visit, enjoy free time to shop or purchase a refreshment before returning to port.

After their base was relocated to Rhodes in the early 14th century CE, the order's members were often called the Knights of Rhodes and when they moved again in 1530 CE, this time to Malta, they were subsequently known as the Knights of Malta.
Attire that covers shoulders and knees should be worn in the cathedral.
On Sundays, Public Holidays and on state events tour groups are not allowed inside the cathedrals due to mass services.
