WHAT YOU VISIT
Located just outside the walled area of Talinn's Old Town, the 120-year-old factory is the largest spirits producer in Estonia combining traditions and innovative technology. Among the 70 different brands of spirits, Liviko is noted for its legendary Vana Tallinn liqueur and Viru Valge vodka. During your tour you'll witness the different stages of production, see the Liviko lab, and step inside the interactive museum, which features the history behind their famous spirits and the company's innovative technology. Following the tour, those 18 and over can enjoy a tasting.
Lower Old Town
Tallinn's Old Town is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Northern Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As you wander past the towering spires and cobblestone streets, you'll pass beautiful medieval houses, the Gothic Town Hall and the 15th century Apothecary, the oldest commercial enterprise and the oldest medical establishment in Tallinn
The city's many intriguing sights are endless so have your camera ready for all the surprises you'll discover around every corner.
WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
From Liviko Distillery, your driver will enter the Lower Old Town or "All-linn." Medieval Tallinn was the northernmost member of the powerful merchant alliance called the Hanseatic League, and the Lower Old Town is the heart of the old trading city.
Special Notes:Guests must be able to walk on cobblestones and uneven. Wear flat non slip shoes. Minimum age 18 years.
This tour is not available on Saturday and Sunday calls.
