Experience the resonance and beauty of Norway's best-preserved medieval monastery. You'll board your motorcoach and travel via underwater tunnel to Moster Island, a bucolic haven of green fields and grazing cows and sheep. Situated here, surrounded by centuries-old beech trees, you'll discover Utstein Kloster. The monastery dates back to the 13th century and was dedicated to Saint Lawrence. You'll take a guided tour of the graceful cloisters with its centuries-old beech trees shading the monastery's beautiful grounds. After your tour, you'll be entertained by a music recital performed in the monastery chapel. An optional walking tour through the cobblestone streets of Old Stavanger is included if you wish. Return to port after this pleasant day
