Harbor Cruise
St. Thomas's graceful natural harbor welcomed early settlers to the island's warm, sandy shores. Trading ships once dotted the horizon, but today elegant yachts, seaplanes and large cruise ships are seen in the turquoise waters. As you cruise to the historic shopping district, take in the pretty views and enjoy the warm sun on your face and the wind in your hair.

What you will see along the way:
Take a leisurely tour around sun splashed Charlotte Amalie harbor. Keep your eyes peeled for the stone watchtower of Blackbeard's Castle, built in the 17th century; the elegant Governor's Mansion, perched in the hills overlooking the water; and other coastal landmarks and pristine Caribbean vistas.

Shopping:
The variety of merchandise is impressive, from the latest fashions, to fine china, delicate perfumes, electronics and jewelry. You will also find fine galleries showcasing both local and international artwork. Food and beverages can be purchased at a variety of venues. The Kongens (Kings) Quarter is the oldest part of Charlotte Amalie, and other local attractions are well worth exploring.

Special Notes:

Guests in wheelchairs and others with limited mobility should not select this tour. Walking in downtown is at guests' discretion. Downtown Charlotte Amalie features cobblestone streets. When you're ready, just catch one of the regularly scheduled return transports, an easy and convenient way to get back to the ship. Returns will be via land or sea.
