Experience both the history of St. Maarten as well as its spectacular scenic beauty on this exciting half-day tour at St. Maarten's newest attraction. Your half-day adventure begins when you board your air-conditioned transportation for a 30-minute ride to Rockland Estate, which houses the Emilio Wilson Museum, dedicated to the memory of Trace Wilson, born into slavery on the estate in 1818. The property was purchased by his descendants to educate current and future generations about plantation life and the heritage of St. Maarten. Next, climb aboard the Sky Explorer chairlift. The ride travels 2,630 feet of cable to the top of one of St. Maarten's highest mountains for spectacular panoramic views. Conclude with a taste of St. Maarten delicacies in the restaurant at your own expense. Return to the ship at leisure.
