Description

Be sure to read the Special Notes further down this page for important requirements and restriction.

Enjoy all three of Sitka's most popular wildlife experiences in one five-hour adventure! First, you'll board a deluxe 65-foot catamaran in search of sea otters, whales, Steller sea lions, porpoise, and harbor seals. Next, you'll return to shore and travel to the renowned Alaska Raptor Center, a raptor rehab and education center on the edge of Tongass National Forest. Once you arrive, a knowledgeable wildlife interpreter will guide you through the Bald Eagle Flight Building, where you'll come face-to-face with owls, hawks, falcons, eagles and ravens, and watch a live raptor presentation. Then, you'll rejoin your coach and journey to the Fortress of the Bear, a rescue facility for orphaned brown bears. After you disembark you can observe the bears in a naturalized setting from a viewing platform. At the end of the day you'll climb back aboard your coach and return to Sitka.
