Gardens by the Bay
A breathtaking waterfront compound showcases a series of magnificent, themed gardens. This dazzling, multi-award-winning horticultural destination is a 250-acre park that is home to more than 250,000 rare plants housed in giant domed conservatories with several different climate regions to discover. Stroll leisurely through various landscapes, floral pavilions, sparkling water features and the spectacular Super Trees. A mysterious cloud forest, complete with a 115-foot 'mountain' and the world's tallest indoor waterfall, is surrounded with tropical plant life. The Bay South Garden is designed to resemble Singapore's national flower. It is filled with massive Super Trees between nine and 16 stories tall and a suspended walkway that affords magnificent panoramas of the gardens. Its lush lawns and tropical palm trees of the Bay East Garden are complemented by a promenade that showcases views of the city's spectacular skyline.
Marina Bay Sands Hotel SkyPark
Dominating the Marina Bay waterfront is the fantastic work of visionary architect Moshe Safdie. The Marina Bay Sands, considered the world's most expensive resort casino property, dominates the skyline and Singapore's new financial district. The Sands SkyPark Observation Deck is a massive wooden-decked area soaring 57 levels above the city. Surrounded by a low, clear sheet of glass, the deck offers world-class views of the spectacular cityscape, the ice-blue Marina Bay, the dazzling Gardens by the Bay and the rich and colorful streets of Singapore.
What you will see along the way:
From your comfortable motorcoach, gaze out the window at the wonders of Singapore. Your route may travel along Orchard Road through the heart of Singapore's shopping and hotel district. Your route, may pass the Istana (Presidential Palace), the world-famous Raffles Hotel, Parliament House and Shenton Way - the 'Wall Street of Southeast Asia' and possibly will include a glimpse if Chinatown.
Photo Opportunities:
The Marina Bay Sands Hotel SkyPark Observation Deck, soaring 57 floors high, offers ample space and angles to photograph some of Singapore's most exciting and varied views.
Shopping:
Although the excursion price remains the same, you may choose to opt out of the observation deck to explore the hotel's outstanding shopping facilities, one of Singapore's largest luxury retail malls, where you'll discover luxury brands and the latest trendy street styles.
Special Notes:
Admission to the observation deck only is included while the other SkyPark area, including the infinity pool, is not included. Guests may choose to opt out of the observation deck visit to explore the hotel's shopping facilities on their own, but there is no cost reduction. In the event the Flower Dome or the Cloud Forest are closed, a walk along the OCBC skyway above the Supertree Grove will be substituted.Dates of closure: Cloud Forest on 09 Dec 2019 and 18 May 2020.
