WHAT YOU VISIT
- Casablanca Valley Winery
Only 19 miles long, the Casablanca Valley is noted for its top quality sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, and pinot noir wines. After traveling through the sun kissed vineyards you'll arrive at one of the region's leading estates and set out on a guided tour for a behind-the-scene look at the intricate wine-making process and a wine tasting (for those 18 and older).

- Puro Caballo Equestrian Center
For 80 years, Puro Caballo has been breeding and training horses and is the perfect venue for an afternoon of fun and relaxing. Once you arrive, you'll be warmly greeted by the huasos; similar to America's cowboy or Argentina's gaucho, the huaso is an excellent horseman and ranch hand. Here, you'll learn all about the world of los huasos, their customs and traditions. Then, watch their skills at work as they show off their Chilean horses in the festive national dance called the Cueca while you sip a glass of wine or Pisco sour.

- Santiago
Your narrated tour through the city includes many of its most treasured sights including the historic district, Constitution Square, Club Hipico, Chile's oldest racetrack, and popular O'Higgins Park, the second largest public park in Chile.

PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Memorable photo stops include the 220-year-old Palacio de La Moneda, a grand reminder of Santiago's colonial heritage and the Plaza de Armas, home to the cathedral, central post office and the Palace de la Real Audiencia, which hosts a collection of nearly artifacts dating back to pre-Columbian times.

LUNCH
After watching the exhilarating performance at the Puro Caballo Equestrian Center, you'll head to the ranch's restaurant where you can indulge in an authentic Chilean meal.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
Famed for its splendid scenery, the Casablanca Valley wine region displays its agricultural perfection around every turn. Gaze out on lush vineyards, avocado plantations and mountain views all framed against endless blue skies.
