Your first stop is the interpretation center of the Boivin Cheese Factory, a family business founded in 1939 and still operated by the Boivin family today. While tasting some samples of cheese, you will hear the history of their family enterprise. Continue on to Touverre Workshop, where you'll meet Giuseppe Benedetto, glassmaker and sculptor, who skillfully uses this 1st century B.C. art form to craft exquisite decorative pieces. Conclude with a friendly hello at the Alpaga Bersi farm. Meet owners Réjean Bergeron and Monique Simard, who will teach you about the characteristics of the alpaca and tell their story with passion and enthusiasm.
