A private train whisks you from port into the heart of the Eternal City and St. Peter's Square, gateway to all the attractions, sights and wonders of Rome. The day is yours to enjoy as you please at your own pace. Take in all the magnificent sights you have dreamt of visiting, or simply enjoy a quiet lunch in an authentic trattoria and a stroll through the boutiques for souvenirs and exquisite leather goods. Photo opportunities abound around every corner. The hop on & hop off bus system (add-on option available) allows you to maneuver through town like a local and puts all the historic landmarks within easy reach. Remember, you will need local currency so plan to exchange your money onboard or at the currency exchange in the city. At the end of your approximately 6.5 hour day, return to the designated meeting spot and enjoy a relaxing, express train ride back to port.
