Board your transportation and drive to a small, private beach club located on a picturesque bay. It is a first-class scuba and snorkeling destination and is surrounded by one of the world's largest barrier reefs. Beautiful mangrove, palm and pine trees surround the pristine sugar sand beach deck. The turquoise waters are warm and inviting.
A refreshing bottled water is offered upon arrival and your guide will lead an introductory safety briefing. Snorkeling equipment including vest and professional instruction are included. For novice snorkelers, your guide will provide extra attention.
Your adventure begins at the "snorkeling departing time" written in your wristband, and it starts from the watersports center. Depart on a short transfer by boat to a mysterious shipwreck and a second stop above a natural sandbar that is home to a variety of colorful Starfish and just a short swim to the reef site. Here, enjoy snorkeling or simply jump in for a swim off the boat. Rainbow colored tropical fish, an abundance of sponges and spectacular coral abound. The area teems with marine life and your knowledgeable guide will point out the best places for viewing. The crystalline water offers wonderful visibility and those with underwater cameras will bring home breathtaking pictures. Depending on the sea conditions and currents, the order of snorkeling stops may be changed.
When you return to the beach, rinse off in the freshwater showers, enjoy a hot snack and take some time to go for a swim, try a snorkel paddle, sunbathe in a lounge chairs on the solarium beach deck or order some food and drinks at the beach bar. Before or after the snorkeling you will have approximately 1 hour to enjoy the beach. Returning to the pier, stop at a panoramic viewpoint where you can see beautiful views of the coast from the hills.
