Take a journey with a local chef to his favorite local farms, sample and collect fresh produce and enjoy delicious lunch cooked especially for you.

Take in the tropical scenery as you drive to a local farm that has been farming Sugarcane for over 100 years and now also produces Cacao. Taste a refreshing sugar cane drink, hear some of the farms history and sample local chocolate. Travel to a Saltwater Barramundi Farm to collect freshly caught fish, the star ingredient for your tropical lunch. Learn about the farming process on the tour of the farm and continue to a tropical fruit winery for wine tasting. Enjoy a three course BBQ lunch served at the edge of the orchard that has just been cooked for you before you make your way back to the ship.

Special Notes:

Please wear comfortable flat-soled shoes, clothing suited to the weather conditions, a hat and jacket, plenty of biodegradable sunscreen and bring bottled water.
