Get to know the people and customs of the Bang Rong Community where villagers maintain their simple traditional way of life. Join in a BBQ on the beach, paint your own souvenir, taste fresh pineapple and coconut water and take a dip in the Phang Nag Bay.

Tucked among the mangroves on Phuket's east coast, the Bang Rong Community has created a conservation program that has helped maintain their simple traditional way of life. Upon arrival, you'll join in a number of activities like painting a tote bag then you'll travel to a pineapple plantation and learn how this delicious fruit is grown and harvested. From here, you'll stop at the rubber plantation for a look at how to harvest rubber. During a visit to the coconut grove you'll see how coconuts are peeled and cut open. For lunch, you'll board a boat and transfer to Koh Pae, a remote and quiet island offering sun, sand, sea and BBQ food. Spend your time relaxing until it's time to transfer back ashore. En route to the ship, there may be time to stop for some shopping at a reputable store.
