The Swan River ribbons its way into the Swan Valley, the oldest wine region in Western Australia, a fertile farming region with a rich history of viticulture. There are more than 40 wineries in the area, and Chenin blanc and Grenache are touted to be the region's greatest varieties. Visit two local vineyards and enjoy wine tasting. Relax on your picturesque ride back to port.
