Kedalak Kening – Nighttime Corroboree
A "corroboree" is an Australian Aboriginal dance ceremony, a sacred ritual performed in a gathering setting. A welcome song greets guests, followed by a festive performance of traditional dance and stories of the Dreamtime. The didgeridoo, an ancient musical wind instrument, and folkloric performances offer an immersive traditional and contemporary Aboriginal experience.
What you will see along the way:
Head out of Fremantle, a historic port city just south of Perth, passing heritage buildings and a bustling waterfront en route to your exciting evening event.
Photo Opportunity:
Interact with and photograph the talented performers in full garb at the conclusion of their exhibition.
Dinner:
Learn about life in the native bush and sample native foods prepared with a modern twist during a bush tucker dinner. Kangaroo, emu and other delicacies are a delicious surprise for the palate.
Shopping:
