WHAT YOU WILL VISIT:

Jamaica's White River:
Renowned for its clear, fresh water, White River winds between Jamaica's St. Ann and St. Mary parishes and is lined with dense vegetation, bamboo groves and coconut plantations. Splash down the river's mild rapids, making a stop midway to swing on a rope and jump into the invigorating waters. You'll really experience "vacation" as you float through the calm lagoons with tropical scenery drifting by.

Bamboo Beach Club:
"Reggae-style" hospitality reigns supreme at the private Bamboo Beach Club, the ultimate Jamaican experience that combines spectacular beach conditions with the cultural and culinary flavors of the island. Nestled on one of the prettiest stretches of white sand in the Caribbean and surrounded by lush foliage, this tropical setting allows you to truly unwind under the shade of 100-year-old palm trees as exotic drinks are prepared with island-made rum and jerk chicken and other local delicacies fill the air with enticing aromas. Live music and dancers in colorful costumes put on a high-energy show that lends a festive atmosphere. The service is impeccable, and everything is "Irie Mon."

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY:
Once a fishing village, Ocho Rios, situated on the north coast of the island, is a thriving port that still maintains its unspoiled charms. The pleasant, approximately 30-minute drive from port meanders through the lush, unspoiled interior of Ocho Rios winding past coastline vistas and rural Jamaican villages en route to the White River.

SHOPPING:
The vendors at Bamboo Beach Club offer an assortment of keepsakes, souvenirs and gifts all made exclusively in Jamaica. Additionally, if time permits there will be a stop for shopping on the way back to the ship.

LUNCH:
Watch as the chef grills a variety of fresh-caught fish, jerk chicken and sausages, along with tasty side dishes served tapas style. Indulge in the chef's scrumptious rum raisin bread pudding topped with tropical fruit flambé. All the food is locally sourced, so menu items may change due to availability.

Special Notes:

Participants under 6 years of age and younger will need to ride on tube with adult. Maximum weight per person for tubing is 280 lbs. Minimum age is 6 years. Pregnant woman and guests with neck, back or knee problems should use caution. At the beach availabitliy of beach chairs is not guaranteed.
