WHAT YOU VISIT
Marodoka Village
Located near Lokobe National Park, this tiny village just east of Hell-Ville boasts huge banyan trees planted by 7th century Arabian, Indian and Swahili traders who made their fortunes in this once-lively commercial hub. After meeting the village women, you'll watch a traditional dance performance filled with Indian, Arabian and Sakalava influences.

Lemuria Land
Nestled among giant bamboo, ancient yland-ylang trees and lush vegetation, this natural botanical reserve is home to a wild kingdom of cute critters including a wide variety of lemurs, wild boards, crocodiles, snakes, tortoises and freshwater turtles.

Ylang-Yland Distillery
Discover how ylang-ylang oil is extracted from this beautiful local flower that makes many of the finest perfumes in the world

PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Keep your camera handy while strolling through Lemuria Land--among the creatures that call this reserve their home are ring-tailed, black, brown, crowned, and black and white ruffled lemurs.

SNACK
Refreshments will be served following the performance at Marodoka Village.

SHOPPING
En route back to Hell-Ville, you'll stop at a souvenir market to browse the stalls selling woodcarvings, embroidery, and handmade baskets.

Sit back and relax as the bustling streets of Hell-Ville transform into a verdant countryside brimming with sugar cane plantations, ylang-ylang trees and wildlife.
