Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the staff and Chef Adam, who has more than 25 years of culinary experience and heads the Blackfriars cookery school. Settle into a beautifully appointed dining room and engage in a unique tableside dining experience. Using the freshest seasonal produce from local farms, Chef Adam will artfully prepare your meal right before your eyes. You'll learn the recipes and the history behind the British cuisine and are free to ask questions throughout the demonstration. After savoring a truly delicious meal, settle into the motorcoach for a relaxed panoramic tour of Newcastle's local highlights. Return to port.
