Explore Capri, the playground of the rich and famous, on an exciting full-day adventure. Board a jetfoil for an approximately 50-minute cruise to this stunningly beautiful isle. Stroll this resort enclave and see the highlights of Anacapri and its ancient roots on the west side. You'll have time to explore the grounds of the Villa San Michele, situated high up in the hills, or you may opt to take the chairlift to Monte Solaro, with stunning views of the Gulf of Naples at 360°. Then head to the sophisticated town of Capri on the east side for a delightful lunch of authentic southern Italian cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients from the Campania region. After lunch, enjoy free time to shop for mementos, do a little people watching in the lively Piazzetta, or visit the Gardens of Augustus, situated high atop a sheer cliff with views of the turquoise sea below and the Faraglioni rock pinnacles. Afterwards, you'll transfer by funicular to the Marina Grande and take the jetfoil back to Naples.
Special Notes:
In November, the tour duration will be shorted to 8 hours. This tour will not operate during the month of December.Capri is popular, so you might encounter crowds and delays at the funicular railway and the boarding area for the jetfoil boat in Capri as well as the local mini-buses. Lunch location may be Capri Town or Anacapri village.
Tour includes an approximately 50-minute boat ride to Capri; passengers suffering from motion sickness may wish to take the boat ride into consideration when booking this tour.
