Naples's historic center is a treasure box of magnificent gems so profound it's a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This guided tour begins with a short bus transfer and a stroll along the Spaccanapoli, the main street that divides the old, historic center in two. Here sits the remarkable 17th century Catholic Pietrasanta complex. Step down into the church's underground floor for views of preserved floors and wall structures, Roman-era mosaics, and remains of a house. Nibble your way through the streets as you sample a variety of popular and delicious street food. Next, visit the Water Museum and admire the ancient Greco-Roman cisterns that supplied water to the city during World War II. Finally, explore the San Gregorio Armeno area, known as "Christmas Alley" for its skilled artisans and workshops. Enjoy some free time for individual activities. Return to port by bus.
