Discover its origins and how Rastafari embodies the spirit of all living things when you visit a nearby village. After a ride to the mountains, you'll disembark and walk across a stream for a greeting by the locals. Join in fun, hands-on activities like jewelry design, drum carving, soap-making and more as you gain a unique understanding of the history and beliefs of this storied movement. Then, you'll get to play along in an inspiring drum circle with the talented musicians of the village.

One of the joys of foreign travel is immersing yourself in the culture and tasting a new cuisine. During your visit, you can help prepare an authentic "ital," a tasty meal made with fresh, locally grown vegetables, herbs and spices.
