Exclusive Luau at Sugar Beach
Migrations Luau is Maui's most intimate luau show. It explores the true Hawaiian heritage and invites audience participation. The evening's host, Manutea Nui E, introduces a talented group of dancers and performers who craft an imaginative, colorful and authentic luau experience filled with traditional music, dance and pageantry that concludes with a thrilling fire knife finale. Before the main event, begin the evening with an ancient 'awa drinking ceremony; the creation of custom head leis from flowers and vines; hula lessons; and other interactive experiences. Conclude the night with a "talk story," where you'll gather around a fire pit together.

What you will see along the way:
Settle in for a relaxed, one-hour drive to Sugar Beach, a beautiful oceanfront location on a gorgeous stretch of white sand.

Dinner:
Feast on locally sourced, Pacific Rim-Hawaiian fusion cuisine for a much more sophisticated dining experience than the typical luau fare. Throughout dinner, fruity tiki cocktails will be available to add to the overall experience. Sample menu includes: family-style appetizers, ginger coconut chicken satay, Thai chili sauce, miso-marinated walu, sushi rice, coconut milk poached fresh catch, Kalua style pork, slow-cooked banana leaf, purple Moloka'i sweet potato puree, lemongrass-scented rice, seasonal vegetables and dessert.

Special Notes:

Guests should wear comfortable shoes appropriate for grassy lawns. Bring a light jacket for cool ocean breezes. Dietary requests such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free need to be advised with 72-hour notice to the onboard Tour Office. There is no imu (underground oven) ceremony at this luau. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
