WHAT YOU VISIT
Whale Watching Catamaran Cruise
Humpback whales like to play tourist too! From mid-December to mid-April, these amazing creatures frequent the waters of Maui. Experience the awe-inspiring nature of humpback whales up close and personal on this whale watching adventure. Voted top water-based activity by the Maui community and the #1 sailing activity in Maui, Trilogy is a well-respected family-owned company, in business for more than 40 years and the proud recipient of many awards including the Hawaii Eco-Tourism Association, Living Reef Award and Maui's Choice Award. While you cruise, an onboard naturalist will explain the habits and habitats of these 40-ton mammals and the hydrophones on board will allow you to hear the humpbacks' magical songs.
Make sure to have your binoculars and camera ready to capture the moment when you spot a whale breaching up and out of the water, slapping their tales and flukes and performing acrobatic twists and turns! The captain will maneuver the boat so you can take that picture-perfect photo.
During the 90-minute cruise, you can enjoy lights snacks and refreshments (adult beverages are available for purchase at $5 per drink for those 21 and older - limit two per person).
