Atlantis Submarine Adventure

Discover Maui's underwater wonders and experience a new depth of adventure onboard a real submarine on this approximate two-hour excursion. The 65-foot Atlantis submarine features comfortable seating and large view ports. Your marine naturalist provides narration and points out sights of interest as you descend down to depths of up to 125 feet. See vibrant tropical fish, thriving coral gardens and giant moray eels, as well as a sunken vessel: the Brig Carthaginian. The Carthaginian was built in 1920, and sailed into Lahaina waters in 1978. She was converted into a replica supply vessel that would have sailed the Hawaiian waters in the 19th century. Now it is the newest addition on this exciting cruise tour. Remember to bring your camera so you can capture the memories.

Special Notes:

Participants must be at least 3 feet tall (36 inches) and able to safely navigate a nearly vertical 12-step ladder independently both in and out of the submarine. Wear low-heeled, sensible shoes to negotiate launch transfer and submarine ladders.

Viewing of the Carthaginian may not be possible in adverse weather conditions.
