Your next stop takes you back in time with a tour of the Cancebi Museum, which boasts an intricate collection of nearly 300 authentic artifacts. Then, take a bite out of Ecuador with a tasting of ceviche, a centuries-old seafood dish typically made with fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices and spiced with peppers.
