This truly unique journey into Britain's heritage starts when you meet your guide and driver at Southampton Docks for a motorcoach ride that takes you along delightful Southampton Water.

Stonehenge remains as compelling today as it was to the people who built the first phase over 5,000 years ago. Hop on the short transfer to see the mythical stones, some 24-feet high, which were fenced off in 1977 due to erosion. You will, however, be able to walk along the encircling pathway for stunning close up views, and hear more from your audio-guide about the genesis of this unique site, including archaeological evidence about the builders, their religious beliefs, primitive tools and methods.

After taking lots of pictures and browsing the visitor's center, you will then head to stunning Salisbury, where you will enjoy a stroll through the town center with your guide, to view the charming 13th-century Gothic-style cathedral.

The cathedral spire is a sight to behold, soaring 400 feet into the sky, and dominating the landscape for miles around. The cathedral itself is home to one of only four original Magna Carta, which dates back to 1215 A.D., and set out the constitution for the country.

Wander around Cathedral Close and observe the quaint black-and-white, half-timbered houses that add to the charm of this unique location.

You will then have free time to explore this historic town, browsing the shops or enjoying a tasty lunch at one of the many pubs or cafes, before heading back to port.
