Founded in 1899 by American entrepreneurs Minor Keith and Andrew Preston to transport bananas to the U.S., the company was acquired by Chiquita Brands International in 1984. Step inside the 120-year-old building for a guided tour and a sampling of locally-made treats.
Arco Iris del Caribe Ornamental Tropical Plant Paradise
For over 30 years, this family business has built an international reputation as a premier producer and exporter of ornamental plants. Learn how different types of indoor and outdoor plants are cultivated, produced, and packed for export. Learn the benefits of natural plants and flowers in homes with naturalists who will educate guests on the growing industry of ornamental plants.
