WHAT YOU VISIT
Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace
Sitting in the heart of La Paz, this revered landmark was erected in 1865 on the site where the city was founded by Jesuit priests in the 18th century. Outside, the Cathedral's stone exterior features two bell towers and a small angel carved in stone above the front entrance. Inside, you'll find a number of beautiful stained glass windows and a colorful sculpture of the Virgin Mary with infant.
