Ideal for serious adventurers, sea lovers or families seeking fun, this fishing adventure takes you to Southern Norway's clean and clear coastal waters teeming with an epic array of fish species in all sizes and colors. The tour is customized for any interest and skill level with just four guests per boat. A short walk from the ship's dock takes you to the departure point of your fishing boat where a safety introduction and all necessary equipment will be provided. Your guide will also share fishing tips and techniques and you'll learn how to use the boat's fish finders and electronic maps to seek out the fish. Once you're all geared up, you'll board the boat and glide into a breathtaking landscape. This tour is conducted on a catch-and-release basis. Snacks and fresh drinks will be served on the island of Oskoy.
Special Notes:
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The activity is based on Catch and Release fishing. No fishing licenses or fishing tests are necessary. This is not an activity suited to those who are very overweight or have limited mobility. Max weight 120 kgs (260 lbs). Fishing gear and baits are provided, as well as a fishing pole for each participant. Rubber-soled or deck shoes must be worn on the boat. Wear appropriate outdoor clothing suitable for the day. Dress in layers. Boats will carry a maximum of 4 guests and are not covered. Please remember you are purchasing the opportunity to catch fish, not a guarantee of doing so.
