Enjoy a delicious progressive island brunch in the homes of three Big Island residents. On this unique and personalized tour to three local-style residences, you will enjoy an insider look at various island living accommodations, whether mauka (mountainside) or makai (ocean side).

Board your comfortable, air-conditioned van and set out on a farm-to-table progressive brunch, with each course served in a different Hawaiian home. The houses are located in three different neighborhoods for a real view of local life. Our knowledgeable guides expertly share the stories and history of life in paradise as well as interesting local trivia and detailed information about each home. The three homes visited will be carefully selected from our repertoire of over a dozen homes to give our guests a "taste of Hawaii lifestyle."

Each stop includes time to survey the residence's living room and garden. Garden backdrops range from stunning coastal vistas to views of rain-forested mountains. One stop also features a culinary demonstration with a selection of Hawaii's fresh tropical fruit - learn how to turn a pineapple into a decorative outrigger canoe!

The brunch is served in three courses and the menu varies accordingly to season and local fresh produce available. Items might include fresh breakfast breads, maladadas, Portuguese sausage, 100% Kona coffee, fresh fruit juice, lilikoi green iced tea, an organic green salad with sesame-vinaigrette, chicken and macadamia nut salad in papaya, Hawaiian sweet bread pudding, lilikoi mousse and coconut macaroons with candied ginger and chocolate. Seasonal fruits and bottled water are offered throughout the tour.  

After your tour, board your van for the return trip to your ship.

Special Notes:

Minimum age is 10. Parents or adult guardians must accompany minors. Menu varies accordingly to season and local fresh produce available. Please come hungry and ready to enjoy a progressive meal.

Wear comfortable slip-on shoes: guests must remove footwear when entering island homes; wheelchairs and walkers cannot be used as there is no storage available in the transport.  

Some food allergies can easily be accommodated; please mention to tour guide. With advance notice, recipes can be modified for those with gluten intolerance.
