まずは高知の名物である鰹のタタキを作ってみましょう。有名な土佐タタキ道場を訪れ、ご自身で鰹をわら焼きの炎で炙ります。出来立ての鰹のタタキを御賞味ください。その後、四国八十八ヶ所霊場の一つである竹林寺、絶景の桂浜、そして坂本龍馬記念館を訪れます。高知の見どころを堪能したら、港に戻ります。
