Immerse in the sun-splashed scenery of Chaweng Beach on this independent tour. From the ship you'll drive to Nathorn Pier and board your air-conditioned mini-van or local transportation. Perched on the island's unspoiled east coast, Chaweng Beach is famed for its powdery white sand and aquamarine water. Relax and choose your own activities at your own pace. The beach's central section boasts restaurants, cafes and bars for you to explore on your own and a variety of shops and local stalls can be found all along the main street, as well as Internet cafes. There are plenty of street hawkers selling everything from sunglasses to watches and leather bags and purses. If you're interested in local handicrafts or clothes shopping, retail stores and trendy shops are also plentiful. At the agreed upon time, you'll re-board your transport for the trip back to your ship.
Special Notes:
Note: This is not a tour but just a round-trip transfer. A copy of A4 map will be given to each guest. A guide shall stand by to assist with any question you may have. Transfers will be done in either a van or possibly a coach. Most shops are open at 10 to 11 a.m. To use any toilet, you may need to pay certain fee to the venue. There is no public place for shower or changing clothes. Entrance fees, meals, gratuities and refreshments are not included, and you are advised to bring plenty of Thai bahts to cover your expenses.Pick-up & drop-off point: either at the Samui Central Festival Shopping Arcade OR behind McDonald's fast food chain.
Mini-vans will be utilized on this tour and one guide will accompany up to 40 guests (4 vans).
