The Kenai Hike & Float provides you a glimpse of what the gold miners of Alaska went through during the gold rush. The first 1.5 hours of the tour is a relaxing float trip down the Kenai River. It takes approximately one hour to get to Moose Creek where you will dock and enjoy a moderate walk in to Moose Creek. Guests will get a demonstration on gold panning and another safety briefing before they pan for gold! Enjoy your picnic lunch before leaving Moose Creek via raft. You'll enjoy a 2.5 hour float trip to Jim's Landing before your shuttle takes you back to the lodge.
