This is a truly personal and informative way to see the sights, starting when you meet your local guide and take your seat aboard a spacious, modern minibus. Embark on a journey off the beaten path past the State Capitol Building and Russian Orthodox Church. Navigating these charming streets, you will observe Alaskan life up close before moving on to view and photograph Juneau's most popular attraction, the magnificent Mendenhall Glacier. Enjoy views of this breathtaking, natural phenomenon from Brotherhood Bridge, the most classic photo point in Juneau.

Then it's time to journey north to the Shrine of St. Therese. Here you will be able to explore the historic stone chapel and serene waterfront grounds.

Continue further "out the road" to enjoy a scenic and secluded piece of Alaska at either the Eagle Beach Recreation Area or Ernest Gruening State Historical Site. Take in the spectacular Chilkat mountain range while enjoying a light snack and beach walk.

On your return to town, your final stop of the day will be the award-winning Alaskan Brewing Company, to sample some of their most delicious beers.

Special Notes:

Minimum age is 10. Guests must be at least 21 years old and have photo ID for brewery tastings. Participants under 21 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the brewery. If brewery is closed (holidays and early tour departures,) a salmon hatchery visit will be substituted. On days with inclement weather, views of the Mendenhall Glacier may be limited. Tour order may vary.

Snack: Reindeer sausage, locally made fudge, bottled water, beer samples

Liability waiver is required to be signed in the presence of the tour operator.

Unaccompanied Minor Policy: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the brewery.
