WHAT YOU VISIT
Tracy's King Crab Shack
Overlooking the waterfront, this popular spot is known for its robust crabby menu, including crab cakes and king crab legs. During your visit, you'll be treated to their award-winning crab bisque.
Deckhand Dave's
This local food truck has made a place in Juneau's culinary world and was named one of the top 50 places in the U.S. to go for fish tacos. Here guests, will enjoy Dave's panko-crusted salmon filets paired with his house-made tartar sauce.
McGivney's Downtown
A popular sports bar, McGivney's is home to the unique hog wing. This is where pigs do fly, at least in Alaska. The hog wing is a smoked pork shank and is paired with a hard cider from the Pacific Northwest.
SALT
Settle in for an upscale dining experience. The chef will prepare a unique tasting, paired with wine from the restaurant's extensive wine cellar.
Harbor Tea & Spice
Sample herbal tea from locally sourced botanicals and browse the selection of custom teas and spice blends in this unique shop.
Local Brewery
Finally, wrap up your tasty tour at a historic bar for a beer tasting with selections from a local brewery, for those 21 and older.
PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Enjoy a photo stop at the Fisherman's Memorial, local art pieces and the best spots to capture the beautiful scenery of downtown Juneau.
SNACK
The samplings are sufficient to equal to a satisfying lunch. You'll receive a gift bag of locally made treats at the end of the tour as a reminder of your tasty Juneau adventure.
WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
During your leisurely walk through downtown you'll see a number of historic sites and memorable scenery.
Special Notes:
Minimum age is 15. Total distance covered is less than 1 mile. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. Guests will walk on paved sidewalks and streets. The tour includes uphill walking and some stairs. On occasion, circumstances may require the substitution of a venue so stops listed and food served is subject to change.Meal: Food tastings include crab bisque, crab cake, hog wing and cider, panko-crusted salmon filet with tartar sauce, chef's choice with wine pairing, confections.
Liability waiver is required to be signed in the presence of the tour operator.
Unaccompanied Minor Policy: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
