What you will see along the way:
Located near Glacier Bay and the native settlement of Hoonah, Icy Strait Point is situated in an old-growth spruce and hemlock rainforest, home to an incredibly diverse wildlife population. Humpback whales, orcas, Dall's porpoises, seals and sea otters populate the local waterways, while brown bears and bald eagles call the land home. On a hike of this remote area, wildlife sightings are abundant, so be sure to have your camera at the ready.
