Description
Be sure to read the Special Notes further down this page for important requirements and restriction.
Revisit key historic moments from World War II - from Japan's surprise attack on Pearl Harbor to its surrender aboard the battleship USS Missouri - on a tour that pays homage to Hawaii's central role in the events that reshaped history. At the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center, an introductory video presentation highlights the events leading up to the Pearl Harbor attack as well as actual footage filmed in 1941. Continue your travels to Ford Island and climb on board the USS Missouri battleship, or "Mighty Mo." Explore beneath the deck to see what it took for this grand ship to operate her massive gun turrets, and imagine the moment when the Japanese signed the surrender documents ending the war. Reflect on your visit to Honolulu's most popular and moving attractions as you return to the pier.
Special Notes:
U.S. Navy rules prohibit all bags larger than the size of a hand-held radio being transported in any vehicle to USS Missouri. Limited storage is available at the memorial for a small fee and no personal items may remain on the bus.
