Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
Reboard your transport and continue on to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore with your park ranger-trained guide and stop at various lookout points to take in the panoramic views of the park's major sights. The otherworldly landscapes dazzle with twisted lava rock flows, sulfur banks and lava beds.
What you will see along the way:
While your heart is pounding, all your senses are taking in the wonderful island scenery. From the eight different ziplines, take in bird's-eye views of Hilo Bay and Honolii River and the mountainous vistas of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea, the two huge volcanoes that make up the bulk of the Big Island. A quick turn to the south introduces the smoke and steam rising from the Pu'u O'o vent of Kilauea Volcano. Set within a native Hawaiian rainforest, your ride takes you through a hidden grotto, complete with tropical waterfall, down through a river gorge and soaring over bubbling rapids.
