Take in some of Galveston key sites as you travel to the Johnson Space Center on this tour, which terminates at George Bush Airport.
Sit back and relax in your comfortable transportation as you leave the port of Galveston en route to Space Center Houston, the official Visitor Center for NASA's Johnson Space Center, home of astronaut training and Mission Control.
On your 60-minute drive, keep an eye out for the famed Strand Historic District, with its nostalgic Victorian era buildings. You'll leave Galveston Island via the Galveston Causeway Bridge, passing Galveston Bay and the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway.

The excitement mounts when you arrive at Space Center Houston, the only place on Earth that gives guests an out-of-this-world journey through human adventures in space. Since 1972, this $75 million, 180,000-square-foot "edu-tainment" complex, has entertained and informed over 15 million star-struck guests from every area of the globe. Space Center Houston features a multitude of permanent attractions, exhibits, and theaters. In addition, the venue presents an amazing array of traveling exhibits, so there is always something new to see.
Explore independently and enjoy two full hours to see Space Center Houston's multitude of sights. You may elect to join the 60-90 minute tram ride available on a first-come, first served basis to visit Mission Control, Saturn 5, and the astronaut training facility.

At the completion of your tour of the Space Center, return to your transportation for a relaxing drive through picturesque areas of Houston en route to George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

This tour is for guests on flights departing after 3:00 PM. from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. There is minimum number of guests required for this tour to operate. If that minimum is not met then tour may be subject to cancellation. Guests may purchase food and beverages on their own at the Johnson Space Center. Guests participating on this disembarkation tour do not need to purchase the Princess' transportation from the pier to the airport.
