Cruise up Milford Sound onboard your ship before disembarking for a scenic ferry ride ashore. Marvel at the tall peaks and the mile high Mitre Peak. Board your motorcoach and travel through the 3/4 mile-long Homer Tunnel to Lake Te Anau. After lunch, travel across the Five Rivers Country to Lake Wakatipu and the resort of Queenstown in the heart of the Southern Alps. Upon arrival in Queenstown, check-in to your hotel and then enjoy a magical cruise aboard the steamer T.S.S. Earnslaw to Walter Peak Station. Enjoy a delicious a Gourmet BBQ dinner at Colonel's Homestead Restaurant and then experience a sheep demonstration. Re-board the T.S.S. Earnslaw for the return cruise back to Queenstown and then take the transfer back to your hotel. The following morning, enjoy breakfast and checkout of your hotel. Your motorcoach then sets off on the scenic drive to Dunedin. Along the way, stop for an opportunity to see a dare-devil bungee jumping demonstration from the Kawarau Gorge Suspension Bridge. Stop enroute for lunch before continuing on to Dunedin. Enjoy a narrated drive through Dunedin - hailed as the "Edinburgh" of New Zealand - before re-joining your ship at Port Chalmers.
